American coin silver napkin rings,pair, having engine turned engraved bodies with applied, beaded, twisted rope borders, c.1860.
Each of these ornate, interesting napkin rings has an engraved foliate, rectangular cartouche containing the inscription: Bob on one, and Faith on the other.
Weighing a total of 39 grams, each napkin ring is 1 13/16" in diameter and 1 1/4" tall.
Inscribed as described above, the soft, warm, original finish is present, with no buffing or machine polishing.
The excellent original condition and clear detail, with no removals, repairs or alterations, make this an especially attractive offering.
The price is for the pair, although we would consider selling them separately.
